Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

• More than 72 hours before tour: Full refund (excluding payment gateway fees)

• 71 hours/no - show before tour: 100% cancellation fee applies

(Some tours or tickets may have stricter cancellation rules—these will be clearly stated at booking.)

2. Cancellation by Dubai Best Guide

If a tour is canceled due to operational issues, weather conditions, or safety concerns:

• A full refund or rescheduling option will be offered

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Attraction tickets once issued

• Special events, promotions, or discounted offers (unless stated otherwise)

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
