Dubai Best Guide (Senn LLC) operates as a tour and activity provider in the United Arab Emirates, in compliance with regulations issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Dubai, and other relevant UAE authorities.

2. Services

We provide:

  • Guided city tours

  • Desert safaris and outdoor activities

  • Attraction tickets and experiences

  • Customized private tours

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All seeings must be booked in advance via our website, authorized partners, or direct contact.

  • Full payment or deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm a reservation.

  • Prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour or ticket type.

  • Any applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

  • No-shows are generally non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Changes & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, or operational requirements.

  • Cancel or reschedule tours in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by guides or staff.

  • Ensure they are physically fit for the booked activity.

  • Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest whose behavior may endanger themselves or others.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Dubai Best Guide acts as an organizer and/or intermediary for certain activities and third-party suppliers.

  • We are not responsible for loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our direct control.

  • Participation in tours and activities is at the participant’s own risk.

8. Insurance

Participants are responsible for having adequate travel and health insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, and trip cancellations.

9. Photography & Media

  • We may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes.

  • By participating, you grant us permission to use such media unless you notify us in writing prior to the tour.

10. Children & Minors

  • Age restrictions may apply to certain tours and activities.

  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless stated otherwise.

11. Website Use

  • Content on this website is for informational purposes only.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of website content is prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
